Mr. Feldman is the CEO and Founder of Valire LTD since 2008.
Prior to that (2003-2007) Mr. Feldman was the President & CEO of a start-up
named Viola Networks (acquired by Fluke Networks) that specialized in VoIP
management. Before Viola Networks, Mr. Feldman was the President & CEO of
Frontline PCB Solutions (1998-2003), a company that specialize in engineering
based solution to the PCB industry. Mr. Feldman also worked for 12 years in
Orbotech (Nasdaq - ORBK) in various management positions to include R&D project
Mgr, Business development Mgr, Marketing product line Mgr, and V.P customer
support in Orbotech Inc (US). Out of the 12 years Mr. Feldman spent 8 in the
USA. Mr. Feldman holds BSc in electrical engineering (cum laude) from the
Technion Institute Haifa.
Weinberg CTO &
Mr. Weinberg is the CTO & President and Founder of Valire LTD
since 2007. Mr. Weinberg has rich experience in testing technology as being one
of the first R&D personnel of Mercury Interactive (1991-1998, 2005-2007) and
later on responsible for many of Mercuryís testing products, and at last was the
chief architect for SOA solutions. Mr. Weinberg is also an experienced
entrepreneur. In 1999 Mr. Weinberg founded, together with Mr. Arie Fiengold, a
new start-up named Orsus Solutions that specialized in mobile application
solutions, and in 2003 Mr. Weinberg founded another software start-up named
Dynox Software, that dealt with auto detect solutions for business rule
violations. Prior to being in Mercury Mr. Weinberg was a programmer in National
semiconductor and in Logal educational software. Mr. Weinberg holds BSc in
Mathematics & Computer science from Tel-Aviv University

Most recently Mr. Rotem has been SAP project manager at Colmobil,
a large vehicle importer in Israel, with responsibility on the implementation of
a very large SAP deployment. Mr. Rotem has rich experience in SAP project
management such as being the SAP business unit manager in IBM Israel
(2006-2007), and SAP project manager in Nilit. Mr. Rotemís experience expands
into IT management where he has been CIO of Nilit (1997-2006) and Hamlet
(1995-1997). Formerly Mr. Rotem was the founder and CEO of Hoshva, IT consulting
and management for large enterprises. Mr. Rotem holds BSC in Information
Technology, and MBA in HR.
Gil Katz CIO at Colmobil Corp., a leading vehicle importer, since
2005 and member of the executive board. Formerly Mr. Katz held a similar
position with Champion Motors Ltd. Prior to this he was VP R&D at ModusNovo Ltd.
developer of event monitoring and Billing application for ASP's, and as CTO for
NC-Virtual AG, a developer of management application for ASP environment. Mr.
Katz's experience includes a department management position as well as Israel's
site IT operations manager at Intel's IT division. Mr. Katz holds a BSc. in
Information systems engineering from the Technion Institute, Haifa.
Founder and partner of thatís IT. Mr. Fuchs has more than 23 years experience in business and project management. Among his achievements are: ERP Divisional manager in Tescom, Senior project manager for SAP deployment projects, operation and engineering manager in AVX. Prior to founding thatís IT, Mr. Fuchs was an independent advisor to many companies in the field of Go Live management, testing management and transition from R&D to operation. Mr. Fuchs has a bachelor's degree in material engineering from Ben Gurion University and is a graduate of the management program of Tel Aviv University.
